FINANCIAL ANALYST (8- Figure Dropshipping & Brand)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced Head of Finance with expertise in managing and optimizing financial processes within large dropshipping stores or e-commerce brands. You will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and optimizing our financial reports, cash flow management, and profit optimization. Knowledge of Shopify Payments, Paypal and Excel is essential. Additionally, you must proactively identify bottlenecks and implement improvement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize financial reports and dashboards (Excel, Google Sheets, Shopify Payments).

- Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts and profit analyses.

- Identify inefficiencies and implement cost-saving measures.

- Analyze advertising expenses and ROAS in relation to profitability.

- Manage payment flows, refunds, and chargebacks.

Requirements:

- At least 3+ years of experience in a financial role within a large e-commerce brand or 7-8 figure dropshipping store.

- Extensive knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, Shopify Payments, Paypal and accounting software.

- Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset.

- Proven experience in cash flow management and profit optimization.

- Knowledge of payment providers such as PayPal and Shopify Payments, and chargeback management.

- Hands-on mentality with strong problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

- Detail-oriented, structured, and always on time with deadlines.
