FINANCE MANAGER

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager with extensive experience in real estate finance and fund sourcing. This role will oversee financial strategy, capital raising, investment management, and the financial operations of our real estate projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

o Oversee and manage budgeting and financial planning processes for the company.
o Ensure the accurate preparation of financial reports and manage internal and external reporting requirements.
o Develop and implement strategies for managing financial and operational risks across the organization.
o Lead and manage finance-related teams to ensure high performance and development.
o Source and secure funding for projects and operations, including loans, equity, and other forms of capital.

o Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the finance department in alignment with organizational goals.
o Lead the construction and analysis of financial reports and financial feasibility studies.

Job Qualifications:

o Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
o At least 5 years of work experience as Finance Head in companies engaged in residential or industrial real estate development
o Strong organizational and management skills
o Expertise in constructing and analyzing Financial Reports and Financial Feasibility Studies
o Proven ability to secure and manage loans for large-scale projects
o Proficiency in creating and improving financial systems for better security and efficiency
o Strong understanding of risk management strategies and portfolio management
o Knowledge of ERP systems and experience facilitating migration from legacy systems to modern ERP solutions
