I run an online coaching and consulting business focused on helping coaches and course creators grow their audience, refine their offers, and market them effectively.

Ideal candidate is:

1. Social Media Savvy (Especially Facebook)
They know how to engage meaningfully — not just spam comments or messages. They understand how to create basic posts, start conversations, and nurture leads through genuine interaction.

2. Coachable and Follows Instructions
They don’t need to have all the experience upfront, but they must be eager to learn and follow the tutorials and systems you provide without skipping steps.

3. Reliable and Consistent
They can handle full-time hours, manage multiple Facebook profiles, and stay consistent with posting, messaging, and follow-ups without needing to be micromanaged.

4. Communicates Clearly and Professionally
They can speak and write in clear, friendly English... and know how to sound natural in conversations, not robotic or overly scripted.

5. Long-Term Mindset
They’re not just looking for a quick gig... they’re looking to grow with you, potentially take on more responsibility over time, and be rewarded with raises and bonuses for good work.

I’m looking for a reliable, full-time virtual assistant (NOT AN AGENCY) ... who’s detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow with the role. You’ll be working across multiple Facebook accounts to boost organic marketing... and don’t worry, I’ll provide clear tutorials for almost everything.
