POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are a rapidly growing high energy accounting firm that is breaking the stigmas of what Accounting firms used to be. We are a 100% results driven organisation with a strong culture of open communication at a fast moving pace.

We are now looking to expand our bookkeeping team and we are looking for an Offshore Bookkeeper. Our goal is to balance work and life for both our clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers. So we are looking for someone to join our friendly and dedicated team, who is passionate about bookkeeping.

Our current team consists of people from Australia and the Philippines, and we value our teaUpgrade to see actual infombers above all else.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Xero data entry and other systems required
- Manage AP, AR and payroll
- Ensure clients compliance obligations are met and maintain
- Ensure company policy and procedures are followed
- Undertake professional and personal development training
- BAS and IAS experience

Qualifications/Attributes:
- Proficiency in Xero is a must.
- Has knowledge or experience with Xero Projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with impeccable English both written and verbal
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
- With AU Bookkeeping is a must
