JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Creative Strategist

Introduction:

We are looking for a Creative Strategist who can blend data-driven insights with compelling storytelling to create high-performing ad campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of our target audience, competitor analysis, and industry trends to develop effective marketing strategies. You will be responsible for scripting engaging content, briefing content creators, and collaborating with the team to turn raw content into polished, high-converting ads. Key Responsibilities

Audience Research – Deeply understand our target audience’s pain points, motivations, and purchasing behavior.
Competitor Research – Analyze competitors and identify ways to differentiate our creatives from theirs.
Ad Performance Analysis – Study successful ads across different niche categories to extract key insights.
Creative Concept Development – Collaborate with the team to generate ad concepts that align with our brand identity.
Script Writing – Develop engaging scripts for UGC (User-Generated Content) ads, including UGC script mirroring techniques.
Content Briefing – Provide clear and actionable briefs for UGC creators, influencers, and video teams to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned content.
Content Production Management – Work closely with UGC creators to produce content that meets our creative standards.
Ad Assembly – Organize content submissions and collaborate with the video editor to transform raw content into polished ads.
Creative Testing & Iteration – Work with media buyers to analyze performance data and optimize ad creatives accordingly.
Trend Spotting – Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for creative innovation.



Qualifications & Skills

Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent scriptwriting and storytelling abilities.
Understanding of customer psychology and digital marketing strategies.
Ability to analyze ad performance data and refine creative strategies.
Experience in briefing and collaborating with content creators.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to trends and changes in the digital marketing space.
Bonus Points If You:
Have experience creating TikTok-style content or an understanding of video production.
Can provide examples of past UGC content or ad campaigns you’ve worked on.
