## Virtual Assistant for Book Pre-Reviewer Lead Generation

We are seeking a part-time Virtual Assistant to help generate leads for pre-reviewers for an upcoming book release using Facebook and Facebook Ads. This role is crucial in building anticipation and gathering early feedback for our book launch.

### Responsibilities:

- Create and manage targeted Facebook Ad campaigns to attract potential pre-reviewers[4]
- Develop engaging content for Facebook posts to generate interest in the book[5]
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on the Facebook page[6]
- Utilize Facebook Insights and other Upgrade to see actual info tools to optimize ad performance and reach[5]
- Maintain a database of potential pre-reviewers and their contact information[4]
- Conduct outreach to identified leads through Facebook Messenger or email[3]
- Collaborate with the author to ensure the messaging aligns with the book's theme and target audience[3]

### Requirements:

- Proven experience in social media marketing, particularly with Facebook and Facebook Ads[7]
- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and best practices[4]
- Excellent written communication skills for crafting compelling ad copy and posts[5]
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools[5]
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting[8]
- Familiarity with the book publishing industry is a plus[3]
