We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video editing and post-production, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling. You will play a key role in transforming raw footage into polished, engaging videos that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Editing and Post-Production:
Add effects, transitions, and other elements to create cohesive, high-quality videos.
Assemble and refine video segments to meet creative vision and storyboarding requirements.
Incorporate music and voiceovers to enhance the final product.

Color Grading and Correction:
Adjust color tones and lighting for consistency across videos, ensuring a polished look.
Perform color correction to improve the visual quality of footage.

Motion Graphics and Animation:
Create and integrate lower-thirds and other motion graphics as needed for videos.

Collaboration:
Work closely with social media coordinators to understand project goals and creative briefs.

File Management and Organization:
Organize and manage video files and assets for easy access and future use.
Maintain version control for edits and ensure all project files are properly stored.

Quality Control:
Review final outputs to ensure they are free from technical errors, including audio sync issues and subtitle inaccuracies.
Meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.

Platform-Specific Optimization:
Export and optimize videos for various platforms, ensuring correct aspect ratios, file sizes, and formats for social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) and other digital platforms.

Continuous Learning and Adaptation:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video production, editing software, and industry best practices.
Suggest innovative editing techniques and creative approaches to enhance video content.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio of work.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and familiarity with video editing software.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and narrative structure.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Familiarity with video formats, codecs, and exporting for different platforms.
Knowledge of 3D modeling and motion graphics.
Experience with animations and VFX tools like After Effects or Blender.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to edit and sync audio effectively.
