Extremely simple video editor/ voiceover freelancer job

Need a freelancer that must create 5-10 how to style/ tutorial videos with excellent thumbnails that should be 1 to 3 minutes long every week.

-$1.2 - $2 per video
-Must be fluent in english
-Must have no accent
-Human voice only (NO AI)
-Competent video editing skills with adobe premiere pro or capcut
-Good thumbnail editing and attention to detail
-SOP Competent
