I'm looking for a book keeper who has experience working with Australian Companies and know Australian Tax. I need someone with a keen attention to details who can take the lead and manage my accounts. Looking for someone with minimum 5 years experience. (this will spill over into general admin too sometimes, so keep that in mind - if you are familiar with the Dubsado CRM that is a huge bonus)
I run a creative production company in Melbourne Australia so a bonus if you have experience in the AV, film and events industry. It would be a part time role of 5 hours per week but that would be dependant per week. Sometimes it may be a little less but sometimes it may be more.
Tasks include:
- Reconciling transactions in Xero.
- Process receipts in hubdoc .
- Managing accounts payable and accounts recievabale.
- Follow up overdue invoices
- Manage books and make sure everything is kept up to date.
