Managing our Supply Chain and Inventory, especially for our Amazon business.

Communication -
Suppliers = placing Purchase Orders, negotiation, quotes
Forwarders = getting quotes, booking shipments
Warehouses = arranging inbound & outbound shipments

Purchase Order Management -
Creating documents, calculating costs

Shipment Management -
Planning shipments, creating shipping plans, generating labels
Comparing quotes, Booking shipments
Tracking shipments
Storing POD documents

Monitoring & Tracking -
Keeping internal spreadsheets up to date, organized & accurate

Stock Management -
Inventory forecast
FBA restocks

Inventory Planning -
Seasonality analysis
Order quantity

Data analysis
Tracking and analyzing key metrics


What is required?
We are looking for someone -
Existing skills and experience
Existing experience in Supply = Understanding of Supply Chains and Inventory Management
Google docs & spreadsheets = Excel/Gsheet proficient

Process-driven mind -
Analytical
Data-driven

Highly Organized -
Detail-oriented

Responsibility & ownership of their results -

Big Plus - Understanding Amazon Business Model & experience with the same
