Expert Shopify Developer

I am looking for a Shopify developer for ongoing work to maintain and optimize my e-commerce websites.

I am looking for the following skills:
Shopify Theme Developer that can custom solutions to my requirements.
Updating websites with coding.
Revamping or creating a theme from scratch or with a selected base theme
Must be able to read and develop custom coding.
Install and update Apps

SEO - implementing analytics, rich snippets, GTM, Search Console

Speed optimization - make my theme performance pass Shopify's Web performance and measurement tools
Improving experience and shortening loading times

ADA Law Compliant and GDPR Compliance

Graphic design and creation- updating sales ads/ banners/ graphics for each holiday and sale.

Product page layout and menu navigation.

Knowledge of Google Ads, Analytics, and Facebook Ads is a plus.

Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and a problem solver. I am looking for someone with a will-do attitude and who is highly motivated.

Must be able to work US Hours 9 AM to 5 PM CST Monday to Friday
We are a small company, hours will be variable based on need. Some weeks, there may not be any hours - other weeks, there may be 10-20 hours.
Must be fluent in English, both written and oral communication
