JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US-based junk removal company looking for a full time, home-based customer support agent to work with our customer support & sales department, as well as light dispatching. We are seeking an agent with virtually no accent when speaking English. If you have a heavy accent when speaking English, please do not apply.

Your daily responsibilities would include:
Send a daily report detailing completed and ongoing tasks.
Take inbound sales calls, customer requests and/or complaints and make outbound calls.
Respond to customer questions via phone call, email, live chat, Facebook messenger, or SMS.
Book new jobs, reschedule &/ or update service jobs in our CRM.
Identify customer’s needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/ or alternatives.

This is a full time position. You need to have excellent English skills. You will also need to have minimal to no accent when speaking English. If you have a heavy accent when speaking English, please do not apply.

Work hours are 3-4 days a week 7am-7pm PST (Saturdays and Sundays are required) (We will confirm after your interview) You must be available and ready to work on Pacific Standard Time working hours daily.

$4/hr to start, with the ability to earn more + earn excellent bonuses.
