We need a top-notch video editor to bring our vision to life on Instagram and TikTok.

This is NOT a basic editing role. If you’re just adding text overlays and cutting clips, this isn’t for you. We need someone who can produce viral-worthy content, keep viewers hooked within the first 3 seconds, and understands how to create Reels that drive engagement, saves, and shares.

???? The Role
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and fast-paced video editor who specializes in short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). You must be skilled at transforming raw footage into scroll-stopping content that aligns with Mondän’s brand and message.

? You will:

Edit 10+ engaging reels per batch (fast cuts, motion graphics, on-screen text, animations, transitions).
Incorporate viral trends, storytelling techniques, and data-driven editing styles to maximize reach.
Create high-energy, polished, and professional videos.
Sync music, sound effects, and captions to elevate the impact.
Cut down long-form content into bite-sized, shareable clips.
Add compelling hooks in the first 3 seconds to retain attention.
Ensure the content feels premium, modern, and brand-aligned.

? Must-Have Skills & Experience:

2+ years of experience editing high-quality short-form content.
A strong portfolio showcasing previous Reels, TikToks, or YouTube Shorts.
Deep understanding of Instagram & TikTok editing styles (not just basic video cuts).
Fast turnarounds – able to edit multiple videos per week.
Experience using CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
Knows how to make text, transitions, and effects pop without overdoing it.
Ability to follow brand guidelines and match the aesthetic of Mondän.
A sharp sense of timing, rhythm, and pacing to create dynamic videos.

Experience working with brands, influencers, or lifestyle content.
Motion graphics or 3D animation skills.
Knowledge of growth tactics for social media engagement.

This is a contract-based role with potential for long-term work. Payment will be per batch of edited videos. The better your work, the more projects we’ll send your way.
