Your day-to-day in this role will have you:

Account Builds and Management:

- Set up, manage, and optimise campaigns within Facebook’s ever-changing Ads Manager.
- Ensure campaigns are structured strategically to meet client objectives and deliver measurable results.

Optimising Paid Ads Campaigns:

- Analyse and optimise existing Meta Ads accounts to boost performance and drive conversions.
- Set up and track conversion data using Facebook’s Pixel and Conversion API.
- Fine-tune campaigns, constantly looking for opportunities to increase conversions and ROI.
- Understanding when to A/B test audiences, interests, creatives and copy that will help the client get better types of leads.

Collaborating with the Team:

- Work alongside the creative team to ensure ads are aligned with broader marketing strategies.
- Provide feedback on creative elements to improve performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team by offering strategic suggestions that will help close new deals.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Create and manage accurate UTM parameters for tracking campaign performance, ensuring every lead is traceable to its source.
- Analyse campaign data to tell a clear story, identify patterns, and create actionable plans to improve results.
- Use insights to make data-driven decisions, ensuring campaigns are continuously optimised for performance.
- Compile and deliver reports that highlight key metrics, changes, and results achieved, providing transparency to clients and the team.

Staying Ahead of the Game:

- Keep up-to-date with Meta’s ever-evolving advertising landscape and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Be proactive in suggesting new strategies that could benefit our clients.
