ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking a highly experienced Virtual Assistant who can hit the ground running and seamlessly integrate into our fast-paced team. This role combines high-level administrative support, expert-level automation management, and creative content creation responsibilities to make the life of our CEO and team easier from day one.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with exceptional English skills (spoken and written), strong technical expertise, and a proven ability to manage diverse tasks without the need for extensive training.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

// Automation & CRM Management (45%) //
- Create and manage automation sequences in Go High Level (GHL) to optimize lead nurturing and follow-up processes.
- Set up and manage client subaccounts, landing pages, and CRM integrations within GHL.
- Set up and manage funnels, checkout pages, membership area, communities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues independently.
- Track and report campaign performance, including email open rates and conversions.
- Guide us on how we can improve efficiency, scalability, and excellent client experiences.

// Content Creation & Social Media Management (30%) //
- Develop and execute creative content strategies for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Create engaging content, including reels, videos, graphics, and captions tailored to each platform.
- Plan, script, and edit video content for marketing campaigns.
- Monitor trends and adapt strategies to align with current platform algorithms.
- Ensure brand voice consistency across all content.
- Proven track record of growing social following from 100s to 10,000s.
- Ability to record trainings for clients with confidence, proficiency, and expertise.

// Administrative & Operational Support (25%) //
- Make follow-up calls to clients, vendors, and team members as needed.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.


QUALIFICATIONS

// Experience Requirements //
- Minimum 5 years as a Virtual Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in Go High Level (MINIMUM 4 YEARS).
- Proven experience in social media content creation, including scaling accounts and producing high-quality reels and graphics (MINIMUM 5 YEARS).
- Strong track record of managing email campaigns and automations in tools like Mailchimp or similar CRMs (minimum 2 years).
- Exceptional English proficiency, both spoken and written.

// Technical Skills //
- Mastery of High Level for CRM and automation management.
- Expertise in video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, CapCut).
- Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to refine strategies.

// Soft Skills //

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Host Zoom meetings with clients, providing clear instructions and the ability to troubleshoot on the fly.
- Comfortable working U.S. business hours with reliable internet and equipment.
