We’re seeking a highly experienced marketer to lead our Email and WhatsApp campaigns, specializing in response-driven, lead-generating strategies. If you excel at creating high-impact, multi-channel marketing that engages audiences and generates hot leads, let’s talk!

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development

Design and implement effective Email and WhatsApp marketing strategies focused on lead generation and engagement. Drive response-focused campaigns that keep our audience engaged and convert leads.


Email Campaigns

* Send two weekly emails in English, Russian, and Bosnian to promote our latest offers and encourage followers to join our social channels.
* AI Utilization: Strong skills in ChatGPT are required to create strategies and write relevant, high-quality emails for each campaign.

Engagement Tactics

Develop interactive campaigns using welcome sequences, quizzes, and polls to identify and engage qualified leads.

Design & Execution

* Use email marketing tools or Canva to design visually appealing emails for each campaign.
* Deliverability Optimization: Ensure emails reach the primary inbox for maximum visibility.
* Subject Line Mastery: Craft compelling subject lines to boost open rates and capture attention.

Long-Term Goals

* Consistent Brand Presence: Send weekly emails that nurture leads throughout the long real estate sales cycle.
* Email Sequences: Build a 1-year (48 emails) sequence with CTAs to book calls, plus promotional emails driving WhatsApp conversations with agents.
* Response-Driven: Drive replies that allow agents to connect and build relationships with leads.

WhatsApp Campaign Management

* Develop and manage WhatsApp campaigns (messages, stories, community posts) to mirror email efforts.
* Platform Experience: Experience with Brevo, Wati, and Sendpulse preferred, but we’re open to tool recommendations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

* Extensive experience in Email and WhatsApp marketing, with a track record in lead generation and audience engagement.
* Skilled in using quizzes and polls to identify high-quality leads.
* Results-driven strategist with a deep understanding of real estate marketing dynamics.

Position Details

* Part-Time (3-4 hours daily, Monday to Saturday)
* Salary: $300/month
* Sunday Off
