Are you a seasoned social media professional with a proven track record of breathing life into dormant >Facebook communities and driving lead generation through Pinterest? We’re looking for a skilled Community Manager to take charge of multiple Facebook groups and Upgrade to see actual info boards. You will be responsible for reviving old or dormant Facebook groups, establishing seamless lead funnels between Upgrade to see actual info and Facebook, and nurturing vibrant online communities.

**Responsibilities**
- **Facebook Group Revival**: Take ownership of existing, underperforming, or inactive Facebook groups and systematically transform them into dynamic, high-engagement communities.
- **Pinterest Growth**: Manage and grow Pinterest boards/pages to drive targeted traffic and generate qualified leads.
- **Cross-Platform Lead Generation**: Develop and execute strategies that seamlessly move leads between Facebook and Upgrade to see actual info, ensuring a steady pipeline of engaged prospects.
- **Community Engagement**: Foster meaningful discussions, moderate user-generated content, and encourage participation to create a positive, supportive environment.
- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and schedule relevant, high-quality content, including text posts, images, and video.
- **Performance Tracking**: Analyze key metrics (engagement rates, reach, conversions) to continuously optimize community strategies and report on growth trends.
- **Community Support**: Respond promptly to community inquiries, handle issues or complaints, and maintain high community satisfaction.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments (Marketing, Sales) to align community initiatives with overall business goals.

**Requirements**
- **Proven Experience**: At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing and growing Facebook groups/pages and Pinterest accounts, with demonstrated success in reviving dormant communities.
- **Strategic Mindset**: Ability to develop and implement strategies that connect the dots between content, engagement, and conversions.
- **Technical Know-How**: Familiarity with Facebook and Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info tools, scheduling software, and community management platforms.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong written English for clear, engaging community interactions.
- **Analytical Skills**: Data-driven mindset to track performance metrics and make informed decisions on strategy adjustments.

## Job Description: Expert-Level Community Manager (Facebook & Pinterest)

**Summary**
The Expert-Level Community Manager is responsible for spearheading the growth and engagement of multiple Facebook groups and Upgrade to see actual info pages for our company. In this role, you will craft and execute robust community management strategies, focusing on reactivating dormant Facebook groups, elevating engagement rates, and establishing lead-generation funnels through Pinterest. Your expertise will directly influence brand visibility, customer acquisition, and community satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Facebook Group Revival**
- Audit dormant or low-engagement Facebook groups to identify challenges and opportunities.
- Develop a relaunch plan with fresh content themes, moderated discussions, and promotional events.
- Implement engagement tactics like polls, Q&A sessions, and user-generated content incentives.

2. **Pinterest Management**
- Oversee multiple Pinterest boards/pages to amplify brand reach and drive inbound traffic.
- Create visually appealing pins that align with brand aesthetics and messaging.
- Optimize boards and pin descriptions with relevant keywords to increase discoverability.

3. **Cross-Platform Lead Funnel**
- Design and maintain a streamlined process that moves potential customers from Upgrade to see actual info to relevant Facebook groups (and vice versa).
- Use landing pages, opt-in forms, and other tools to capture leads effectively.
- Track user journeys and conversion rates to refine strategies.

4. **Community Engagement & Moderation**
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and community members, ensuring timely responses and helpful interactions.
- Enforce community guidelines and manage any conflict or negative behavior diplomatically.

5. **Content Strategy & Execution**

- Coordinate live events, webinars, or special campaigns to boost activity.

6. **Analytics & Reporting**
- Monitor key metrics such as engagement rates, reach, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Prepare periodic performance reports outlining successes, areas of improvement, and actionable insights.
- Implement data-driven optimizations to continually improve community performance.

7. **Collaboration & Leadership**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Support) to ensure community efforts align with overall company goals.
- Provide guidance or training to junior moderators or teaUpgrade to see actual infombers supporting the groups.
- Participate in strategy sessions and recommend new initiatives based on community feedback.

**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years of professional experience managing Facebook groups/pages and Pinterest communities with demonstrable results.
- Strong background in content strategy, community engagement, and lead generation.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics dashboards, and scheduling platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Capable of working independently, demonstrating initiative, and adapting to changing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
