## Job Description: Expert-Level Community Manager
**Summary**
The Expert-Level Community Manager is responsible for spearheading the growth and engagement of multiple

- Implement engagement tactics like polls, Q&A sessions, and user-generated content incentives.
2. **Pinterest Management**
- Oversee multiple Pinterest boards/pages to amplify brand reach and drive inbound traffic.
- Create visually appealing pins that align with brand aesthetics and messaging.
- Optimize boards and pin descriptions with relevant keywords to increase discoverability.
3. **Cross-Platform Lead Funnel**
- Design and maintain a streamlined process that moves potential customers from

- Track user journeys and conversion rates to refine strategies.

**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years of professional experience managing
