Role Overview:
As our Digital Advertising Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of our paid digital advertising efforts. From campaign setup to management and reporting, you’ll ensure that our advertising campaigns are optimized for lead generation and conversions. You’ll be responsible for creating compelling ad copy, retargeting with specific keywords, analyzing performance, and ensuring a positive return on ad spend (ROAS). You’ll be a key player in driving high-quality leads that convert into paying customers for our gym.

• Campaign Management: Lead the setup, execution, and optimization of
• Targeting & Retargeting: Implement effective targeting strategies, including keyword targeting and retargeting competitors’ audiences, to ensure maximum reach and lead generation.
• Ad Copy Creation: Develop compelling ad copy that resonates with our target audience, drives engagement, and leads to conversions.
• Lead Generation: Ensure campaigns are generating high-quality leads, focusing on maintaining a healthy lead count and an optimized Cost Per Lead (CPL).
• Conversion Tracking & Optimization: Work on strategies to convert leads into paying customers, tracking the entire customer journey from lead to sale.
• KPI Reporting & Analysis: Provide daily and weekly performance reports, analyzing key metrics such as CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates, and adjusting campaigns based on data insights.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, targeting options, and landing pages to continuously improve performance.
• Audience Segmentation: Create targeted audience segments based on interests, behaviors, demographics, and more to ensure ads reach the right people.
• Budget Management: Oversee ad spend, ensuring campaigns stay within budget while maximizing results.
• Scaling Campaigns: Identify high-performing ads and scale them, while pausing or adjusting underperforming ads to optimize results.
• Cross-Platform Integration: Coordinate with other marketing efforts to ensure consistency across all digital channels.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in running paid

• Strong ability to write engaging ad copy that resonates with potential leads and drives action.
• Experience in creating and optimizing high-converting landing pages for lead capture.
