Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized B2B Digital Marketing Operations Manager to oversee task coordination, streamline content workflows, and ensure the seamless execution of marketing campaigns. This role is essential for maintaining operational efficiency, meeting deadlines, and facilitating effective client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
*Task Management and Workflow Optimization:*

* Oversee and execute LinkedIn content campaigns, focusing on remarketing strategies.
* Work collaboratively with the team to refine and improve LinkedIn remarketing efforts for maximum engagement.
*Copywriting and Content Development:*
* Craft compelling ad copy for Google Ads search campaigns that align with brand messaging.
* Partner with internal teams to develop clear and strategic creative briefs.
*Client Communication and Reporting:*
* Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports summarizing campaign performance, insights, and next steps.
* Design visually appealing and easy-to-understand client presentations.
* Act as the communication bridge between clients, the team lead, and campaign managers.
Required Qualifications:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing operations, campaign coordination, or content management.
* Strong expertise in LinkedIn Ads & Google Ads, particularly in remarketing and content-driven campaigns.
* Proven ability to craft high-quality ad copy for Google Ads search campaigns.
* Highly organized with experience managing tasks in

* Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
* Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
Preferred Skills:
