We are looking for an experienced customer support professional who can independently handle tasks related to

This is a role for someone who is ready to contribute from Day 1 with no additional training. Please do not apply if you lack experience with the tools and tasks mentioned below.

Requirements (Must-Have Skills & Experience):
Shopify Expertise:
Must know how to navigate Shopify tools and apps.
Skilled in troubleshooting and fulfilling orders accurately.
Facebook
Experience managing
Ability to hide negative comments and maintain ad quality.
Zoho Mail Experience:
Proficient in using Zoho Mail to manage and respond to customer inquiries efficiently.
Independent Worker:
Able to handle tasks with minimal supervision.
Clear and proactive communication with the team.
Digital Product Knowledge:
Familiarity with tools like Canva and PDF editors for adjusting digital products before fulfillment.
Open to learning new workflows or tools as required.
Familiarity with Tools:
Slack: For real-time communication (desktop and phone versions required).
ClickUp: For task management (desktop and phone versions required).
Hubstaff: For activity tracking and productivity monitoring (desktop version required).
Payment Platform:
You must already have or be willing to use TransferWise (Wise) for payment processing.
Job Details:
Salary: $300 per month.
Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week.
Breaks: One-hour lunch break, with 4 active hours before and after the break.
Schedule: 10 AM to 8 PM (Philippines timezone). Break hours must be pre-communicated.
