Experienced YouTube Video Editor (Davinci Resolve)

We are a growing educational (careers) YouTube channel based in Australia looking for a talented video editor from the Philippines to join our team. Our channel focuses on producing amazing, clean, and professional-looking videos that engage our audience for a truly immersive learning experience. We focus on quality over quantity.

This role starts slow, with 1–2 videos per month, and aims to increase to 1 video per week within 12 months. Each finished video is usually 15–30 minutes long, with raw footage typically ranging from 30–60 minutes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
* Edit videos in Davinci Resolve (professional version). If you're not an experienced DVR editor, please do not apply.
* Collaborate and communicate with us through DVR Cloud and Slack.
* Perform clean and simple edits, including adding music and integrating B-roll (provided to you).
* Add text overlays, graphics, and other professional finishing touches.
* Add standard video elements like openers, outros, and "subscribe" prompts (provided to you).
* Ensure videos maintain a professional and consistent style.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - YOU MUST HAVE:
* Proven experience editing YouTube videos.
* Proficiency in Davinci Resolve (pro version).
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines (very flexible at the start).
* Excellent English language skills (spoken and written).
* Eagerness to learn and grow with us over time, accepting feedback constructively and continually improving.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and creative, with a passion for producing high-quality work.
