ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

1. very experienced Xero with at least 4 years experience in ALL aspects of Xero for 4 small businesses including bank, posting purchase invoices/payables/payment files, allocating all receipts yo customers/maintain and stay on top of receivable and being and to work with general/nominal ledge, chart of accounts, journals etc

2. in addition CEO needs EA support to deal with replies to daily emails/drafting replies/ alerting my attention on priorities, and all calendar events/appointment and arrange - ideally 5 years experience



General Requirements
G1. Proficient English level expected at C1 or C2 level
G2. Will need tp work UK hours 0800 (Manila 1600) and end 1700 (Manila 1am) allowing for 1 hour unpaid lunch break
G3 you will be highly organised, a great communicator, a good learner, adaptable,/flexible with a can do attitude and improvise when facing challenges, relishing the opportunity for responsibility as you learn. No two days are the same.
G4. Must have a Windows computer. Some of the software used is not compatible with Apple
G5. You should be numerate and comfortable working with numbers
G6. Microsoft Word (incl templates), and Excel (pivot, filter, basic data sor)l at intermediate level needed
G7. You will be multitasking - often juggling and needing to prioritise tasks between businesses. - never forgetting to do things on your list.
G8. Must be tech savvie!
