JOB OVERVIEW

We are a dynamic real estate marketing company seeking a talented and motivated Virtual Assistant with a strong background in video editing, media coordination, and social media management. The ideal candidate should be a skilled editor, proficient in Premiere Pro or Davinci Resolve, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks to ensure project delivery meets our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Media Coordination:
- Coordinate and organize media assets, including photographs, videos, 3D tours, and social media content.
- Collaborate with photographers and videographers to ensure timely and efficient collection of media files.
- Maintain an organized digital library of media assets for easy accessibility.

2. Editing:
- Edit videos to enhance visual appeal and meet company standards.
- Work closely with the creative team to bring innovative ideas to life through multimedia content.

3. Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to promote our real estate marketing services.
- Create and schedule engaging posts across various platforms to increase brand visibility.
- Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into content to stay current and relevant.

4. Quality Control:
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all media deliverables before finalizing and delivering to clients.
- Conduct thorough reviews of edited content to meet company standards and client expectations.

5. Project Delivery:
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of media projects.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to gather feedback and make necessary revisions.

6. Motivated and Creative Contributions:
- Demonstrate motivation and creativity in approaching tasks and projects.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the overall quality and appeal of our real estate marketing services.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in media coordination, video editing, and social media management.
- Proficiency in multimedia editing tools and software such as Premiere Pro or Davinci Resolve
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Motivated and creative mindset with a passion for real estate marketing.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
