We are Raffiti Media, and we want you to edit for us.

What we do:
We are a done-for-you agency that helps businesses start and grow YouTube audiences that bring sales (not just views).

What we are looking for:
We are looking for editors who understand how to craft compelling videos optimized to perform well on YouTube, without an over-reliance on “retention editing” or cheap tricks to get views.

If you know how to edit effective “talking-head” videos, value story-telling, and edit in the Adobe environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Position details and how to apply:
-This is a full-time editing position (40 hours/week) - $100 per long form video and $20 per short form video.
-We expect your full availability during standard office hours (08:00 - 17:00) in the Central U.S. Timezone (CST, GMT -6) - we may consider shifting your individual work hours only after the initial trial period.
-We are a remote-first, distributed organization that values clear and fast communication. We expect you to be able to respond in real-time during our standard office hours.
-We expect you to have a fast and reliable internet connection to be able to participate in meetings with the camera on, and upload video files to our system without causing delays.
-We expect you to have the computer and audio-visual equipment to edit, render, and upload high-quality video files quickly, and without causing delays.
