Experienced US Healthcare Recruiter

I am looking for an Experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing remote team! If you have a proven track record in sourcing and placing nurses and allied health professionals in US-based facilities, I want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
? Source, screen, and qualify healthcare professionals (Registered Nurses, Allied Health, etc.) for U.S. placements.
? Utilize job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and CRM tools (e.g., Crelate) for candidate sourcing.
? Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on client requirements.
? Guide candidates through the hiring process, including credentialing and compliance.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
? Coordinate with the recruitment and business development team to ensure seamless placements.
? Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS/CRM system.

Qualifications:
? 1+ year of experience recruiting healthcare professionals for U.S.-based positions.
? Strong understanding of U.S. visa requirements (Green Card, U.S. Citizen recruitment).
? Proven success in sourcing and placing healthcare professionals.
? Experience using Crelate (preferred), Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, and other sourcing tools.
? Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
? Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
