Transaction Coordinator

*Job overview*
- 90 days probationary period
- At least 2 years in transaction management for RE, MI preferred
- Offer Writing experience REQUIRED

*Hours*
- Full-time 40+ hours per week
- Schedule varies, evenings and weekend required
- Most-common shift is 11:00 am - 8:00 pm EST

*Pay*
- State your own rate
- Paid on the 1st and 16th via Wise

*Job Description*
- Handling new clients
- Track appointments - Google Sheets/Follow Up Boss
- Send and maintain agency documents and offer writing (Tracking and Reporting)
- Execute docs
- Confirming compliance
- Showings/inspections
- Addendums
- Maintaining timelines
- Prepare files for closing
- Ordering signs/photos
- MLS submission - Michigan

*Job Qualifications*
- Reliability
- Detail orientated
- Self Driven
- Curious
- Transparent
- Intuitive/solution seeker (to an extent)
- Is willing and able to ask for help when needed
- Strong written communication
- Minimal/no accent
- Strong Internet connection
- Tech-savvy
- 2 references from past employers
- Basic understanding of what different documents are

*Technology experience needed*
- Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Transactional project management tool (give a specific example[s])
- E Signature platform
- Time tracking
- CRM

*Technology experience preferred*
- Brokermint (transaction management)
- Multiple Listing Service (MLS) - RealComp
- JotForm or similar form creation tool
- Follow Up Boss
