Experienced Thumbnail Editor (Photoshop)

We are seeking an experienced Thumbnail Designer for YouTube, that can create Thumbnails in the following Styles:

- Upgrade to see actual info
- Upgrade to see actual info (latest video)

You need to:
- Use photoshop desktop version (NO Photopea, Canva or similar)
- be able to create amazing thumbnails
- be able to research and come up with amazing thumbnail ideas that focus on CTR and packaging the video for retention

You will:
- Create 2 different Thumbnails per Video to Split test, regularly for all our videos
