Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Telemarketer Salesperson to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telemarketing, with a strong focus on sales and client relationship management. You will play a key role in driving new business opportunities and contributing to the revenue growth of the company.

Responsibilities:
* Initiating and managing outbound sales calls to potential clients
* Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
* Preparing competitive sales proposals
* Collaborating with the sales team to close deals and achieve targets
* Preparing competitive quotations for our services
* Updating and maintaining CRM systems

Experience: To succeed in this role, you must have significant experience in telemarketing and sales. You should be a self-motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to engage clients. You should also have a sharp focus on achieving targets and closing deals.

Compensation & Hours:
* Opportunity to earn up to 60,000 PHP per month (720,000 PHP Annual)
* Working hours: 3am - 12pm PHT, Monday to Friday
* Base Salary 20,000 PHP per month
* Performance-based Christmas Bonus
