The Role:

We are seeking a highly creative and tech-savvy Social Media Manager who excels in crafting short-form content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok (Potentially more platforms in the future). You will be at the forefront of our storytelling efforts, both in timeline posts and stories, bringing our brand to life through engaging visuals and compelling narratives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement innovative content strategies that captivate our audience on social media platforms.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, ensuring maximum engagement and impact.
- Achieve growth on social media channels to enhance their presence.
- Ensure all content reflects the brand's voice and values, maintaining consistency across all communications.
- Regularly conduct audits of our social media channels to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate closely with our management team to ensure social media strategies align with our broader business goals.

Your Profile:

- Proven experience in social media management and content creation, with a strong emphasis on creating short-form content that resonates.
- Your portfolio must clearly demonstrate your ability to deliver impactful social media campaigns and compelling visuals.
- Expertise in graphic design with proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Exceptional communication skills and a flair for storytelling.
- Ability to manage projects independently while also thriving as a collaborative team player.
- A creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong command of the English language.
