JOB OVERVIEW

We're based in the UK (Northern Ireland). Our company was formed 3.5 years ago - EG Accountancy Services Ltd and is continuing to experience growth.

Our client base is mainly hospitality and beauty clients.

We are looking to grow our client base and also sell our online courses, digital products and webinars. We also want to build our email list.

We're looking for an experienced social media marketer to join our small team of 3.

You will be given training (around our ideal client) and support to help you manage daily tasks.

Role Summary:
As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for crafting engaging content, managing our social media channels, and driving brand awareness. We’re looking for someone with strong graphic design skills to create visually appealing and effective posts, stories, and ads. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative individual who loves to bring ideas to life and has an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, plan, and execute a social media content calendar aligned with our brand and business goals.
Create original graphics, animations, and visual content tailored to each social media platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Engage with our audience through comments, messages, and community-building activities.
Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and engagement strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep our online presence fresh and relevant.
Collaborate with the team to align social media efforts with marketing and business objectives.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within the finance, business, or professional services sectors.
Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Excellent written communication skills with a creative, engaging tone.
Knowledge of social media best practices, trends, and algorithms.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies as needed.
Nice-to-Have:

Experience with content creation for a professional services brand.
Basic video editing skills for reels or short-form video content.
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.

Your working hours:

This is a fully remote position so you can work from home providing you have a good internet connection. We are flexible around the hours but initially, for training purposes we would like some overlap with with full time UK working hours between 9am - 5pm (GMT). Going forward we would like daily check ins (to be arranged during UK working hours).

Holidays:

We honor all Filipino holidays in addition to 25 days per year as well as the 13th month once you pass your 6m probationary period.
