Experienced Social Media Manager | Strategist for Creative Agency

I’m looking for an extremely creative, EXPERIENCED and dedicated team member (no agencies or freelancers please) to take up an important role helping create social media strategies and management for us and our clients. Hours will be around 9am to 2pm CST.

Candidates MUST BE organized speak great English and have experience in Social Media Management, strategies,, copywriting, online marketing, graphic design and leading a team.

There will be tutorials for you or I will provide you with course material if needed to help level up your experience.

Your tasks & Responsibilities:
****Social Media Management***
- Leading and guiding our team of creatives
- Schedule content that the team has created for you
- Copywriting -- You will help create descriptions , titles and captions for content that capture attention and retention
- DM Management
- Increase Engagement
- Client communication
- Creating social media strategies and campaigns
- Use 3rd party apps/software's like ManyChat & Metricool for automations
- Analytic Tracking
- Keep clients up to date with what is being done & make plans
- Create processes to help team with productivity and efficiency

Job Requirements:

* Well-versed with social media management and online marketing campaigns
* Experienced in Photoshop and Canva creating posts
* Familiar with AI and how to use it as a tool for efficiency
* Must have a passion in understanding audience psychology
* Willing to work during hours mentioned at the beginning
* Have smart phone and laptop with good internet connection
* Prior experience in a similar role (be ready to show portfolio or case studies)
* Good communication skills (EXTREMELY IMPORTANT)
* Speak great English
* Passionate about marketing and creative strategies

Pay:
-You will immediately have the opportunity to receive bonuses.
-You will be paid on the 15th and the 30th of every month or the last day if it's below 30.
-You will get incremental raises over time based on growth.

We are a Creative Agency who help business owners expand their online presence. We mainly work with video content that is filmed and edited by our team. From short-form educational content to long-form podcast videos. We also help them with their social media by managing their platforms and creating engagement and automations. We will soon be moving into paid advertisement as well.
