Remote Sales and Strategic Partnerships Manager
About the Role
Seeking a dedicated Sales and Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our growing team remotely. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and managing strategic relationships with key partners.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to expand our market reach
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
Maintain detailed documentation of sales activities and partnerships in our CRM
Represent our company at virtual industry events and networking opportunities
Provide regular reports on sales performance and partnership development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
Must be fluent in English with clear communication (no accent)
Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the recruitment or HR technology sector
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development roles
Experience building and maintaining strategic partnerships
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Proficiency with CRM systems
Important Notes
This position requires your FULL commitment during US working hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST)
If you have multiple jobs or already have a job this will not work - I have already hired a number of people fro here and had to let them go because they had other jobs and this just doesn't work for this role.
