Experienced Sales Manager / High Ticket Closer

Yule Love Lights is one of the fastest-growing Christmas light installation companies on Long Island. We provide top-tier service, ensuring homes and businesses sparkle during the holiday season. As a CLIPA Certified company, we specialize in using the best materials and equipment, offering a "stay lit" guarantee, and giving customers peace of mind with fully insured, professional installations.

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated sales representative to oversee our sales program, make outbound and inbound sales phone calls, build quotes, and win deals so we can land new clients. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Program Management: Oversee and develop our sales strategy to meet and exceed our $500k revenue goal.
Outbound & Inbound Sales Calls: Actively make outbound phone calls and handle inbound inquiries from potential clients, turning leads into customers.
Client Acquisition & Quote Building: Build quotes based on customer needs and close deals by earning their trust and providing creative lighting solutions.
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Find and qualify potential clients by engaging with homeowners, business owners, and decision-makers who want high-quality Christmas light installations.
CRM Management: Manage our customer relationships through a CRM system, ensuring all interactions and leads are tracked, nurtured, and closed efficiently.
Pipeline Management: Ensure a robust sales pipeline by leveraging various lead generation techniques, including referrals, online outreach, and local marketing efforts.
Client Relations: Build lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, listening to their needs, and offering creative lighting solutions tailored to their desires.
Sales Reporting: Provide weekly/monthly sales performance reports to the leadership team, helping refine sales strategies as needed.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless coordination between sales, installation, and customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:

3-4+ years of sales experience, ideally in home services or installation industries.
Strong communication skills with a positive, energetic attitude.
Proven ability to manage and develop a sales program.
Experience making outbound and handling inbound sales calls, building quotes, and closing deals.
A passion for Christmas and spreading holiday cheer!
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a competitive mindset.
Must be available to work flexible hours during the holiday season (September – December).
Experience working with customers in the U.S. or a similar market.
Reliable internet and home office setup for managing leads and making outbound calls.

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience using CRM software, specifically Jobber and Responsibid.
Prior experience in a seasonal business or selling high-ticket home services.
Experience working with customers in the U.S. or a similar market.
Familiarity with Long Island and the surrounding areas.
Proven ability to close deals and generate revenue in a fast-growing company
