Experienced Recruitment Consultants (Full-Time, UK Hours)

We are seeking number of skilled Experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our dynamic team. This role is focused on front-end customer engagement, requiring excellent communication and relationship management skills. You will be responsible for providing a pipeline of high-quality leads while managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

Responsibilities:
• Recruitment: Identify, attract, and successfully place candidates in key roles with leading organizations.
• Client Acquisition: Leverage your expertise and professional network to secure new clients, with a particular focus on senior and executive talent.
• Client Retention: Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met while fostering long-term partnerships.

Skills/ Experience:
• Proven Recruitment Experience: At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a successful track record of senior and executive placements.
• Client Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to develop and sustain strong client relationships, leading to repeat business and referrals.
• Communication Excellence: Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage decision-makers at all levels.
• Self-Motivation and Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively within a team setting.
• Organizational Proficiency: Strong time management and organizational skills, ensuring deadlines are met and targets achieved.

Additional Requirements:
• Experience in telesales or cold calling is highly preferred.
• Fluency in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability for full-time work during UK business hours (9 AM to 5 PM GMT) with complete focus and no other job commitments.
• A highly motivated, results-driven, and energetic attitude.

Compensation:
• Competitive base salary PLUS performance-based commission incentives.
