Recruiter Responsibilities:
-Source Candidates: Find potential employees that fit job roles requirements.
-Screen Candidates: Review resumes and conduct initial interviews.
-Negotiate Salary: Negotiate salaries and benefits with candidates.
-Ensure A Good Fit: Work with hiring manager to ensure candidates is a good fit for the job role.
-Follow-up: Follow-up and check in on new employees to insure they are doing well.
Onboarding Specialist Responsibilities:
-Managing The Onboarding Process: From the initial offer acceptance to the end of the probationary period, ensure new employees feel welcomed and prepared for their roles. This includes developing and implementing SOP’s (standard operating procedures) Flow charts, technical issues and schedules, and coordinating resources to address logistical needs.
-Conducting Orientation Sessions: Introduce new employees to the company's culture, policies, and team members. Also provide technical help for setting up hardware and software and arrange for the delivery of job-specific materials and equipment.
Training Specialist:
-Identify training needs: Identify the organization's training and development needs and create new initiatives or improve existing programs.
-Design and administer training programs: Create curriculum and accompanying materials, teach content, and assess student performance.
-Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Monitor employee performance over time to evaluate retention of new policies and techniques. Evaluate various training methods and strategies.
