Job Description:
We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support our team with essential administrative tasks, lead management, and client communication. This role is ideal for someone experienced in real estate admin and cold calling who can work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
As our Virtual Assistant, you’ll be integral to our daily operations—managing leads, updating our CRM, and nurturing client relationships. If you’re organized, self-motivated, and have a proven track record in remote real estate support, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential leads through cold calling and follow-up calls, building rapport and setting appointments.
Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, lead tracking, and appointment scheduling.
Update and maintain CRM systems (NetHunt or similar) with accurate client information.
Handle inbound and outbound communications, keeping meticulous records.
Organize and manage real estate documents and databases for easy team access.
Maintain daily task reports to ensure clear workflow tracking.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in real estate administration, with a focus on cold calling.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Reliable high-speed internet connection (10 Mbps or higher) and noise-canceling headset.
Proficiency in tools like Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, and CRM software (NetHunt or similar).
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
Part-time availability (3-4 hours per day) with flexibility.
