We seek an experienced Real Estate Transaction Coordinator who can also be a Personal Assistant to support our growing real estate business. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing real estate transactions and working with CRM systems, specifically Sierra Interactive. This is a remote position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at organization, communication, and multitasking.
Key Responsibilities:
Real Estate Transaction Management:
Oversee the transaction process from contract to close, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Prepare and review contracts, addendums, disclosures, and other required documents.
Track and manage timelines for contingencies, inspections, appraisals, and closings.
Ensure compliance with legal and company standards, collecting all necessary signatures and documentation.
Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transaction process.
Personal Assistant Duties:
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including calendar management,
Coordinate meetings and appointments, both virtually and in person.
Handle unexpected tasks or short-term projects as needed.
CRM Management:
Manage and update the Sierra Interactive CRM to track leads, clients, and transactions.
Organize and maintain CRM data to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Assist in developing workflows and automations within the CRM to enhance productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Real Estate Transaction Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience managing real estate transactions, preferably in Canadian or North American markets.
Familiarity with real estate documents, compliance requirements, and closing processes.
Experience with CRM Systems:
Hands-on experience with Sierra Interactive or similar CRM platforms.
Ability to manage CRM workflows, data entry, and system optimizations.
Organizational and Administrative Skills:
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience collaborating with clients, agents, and third-party providers.
Additional Qualifications:
Proficient in transaction management software (e.g., Dotloop, Skyslope, or similar).
Comfortable working in a virtual/remote environment.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Compensation:
35,000 php
