JOB OVERVIEW

Immediate Opening For Fully Remote Property Manager To Answer Incoming and Make Outbound Tenant Calls, Texts and Emails, Advertise on Various Websites and Social Media (e.g. Facebook market place and apartment groups) & Manage Tenant Repairs

You're Daily Responsibilities:
1. Using CRM system Tenant Turner and GoTo phone, talk with all prospective tenants that call, text or email, pre-qualify them over the phone, answer their questions and schedule as many qualified prospective tenants as possible to come to the apartment viewing, call scheduled leads before the viewings and encourage them to attend, help answer questions during the viewing and follow up with attendees after the viewing and encourage them to apply.
2. Call unscheduled leads in Tenant Turner and encourage them to view and rent the apartment.
3. Advertising 5-10 apartments on various websites (e.g., Zillow, Craigslist, Tenant Turner and others) and various social media sites (Facebook marketplace, Facebook groups, Youtube, X, Instagram, other apartment groups)
4. Answer and make outbound calls, texts and emails to current tenants.
5. Help manage and schedule current tenant repairs and other property management tasks.

Requirements To Apply:
1. MUST be 100% available, working and responsive Wednesday to Sunday 9am-6pm PST California.
2. At least one year of full time experience talking to tenants and extensive experience posting adds on websites and social media platforms.
3. Bachelors or higher degree from major university (please provide evidence of your Batchelor's degree when applying)
4. Positive can do attitude that can think independently.
5. Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written)
6.. Must have you own computer, headset and have a quiet, distraction-free area to work and fast, reliable internet access capable of doing voice, video calls (At least 50MBPS download and 20MBPS upload) with a backup power and internet service if there is an outage.
