Experienced Project Manager for Online Store Development

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Project Manager to lead the development and launch of our new online store. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for assembling and managing a team of skilled professionals, including developers, designers, marketers, and customer service representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Building:
Recruit, hire, and onboard a high-performing team of professionals with expertise in e-commerce, web development, marketing, and customer service.
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
Project Management:
Define project scope, timelines, and budgets.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery.
Manage project budgets effectively and within allocated resources.
Technical Oversight:
Oversee the technical development of the online store, including website design, functionality, and user experience.
Ensure the store is built on a robust and scalable platform.
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance.
Marketing & Launch:
Develop and execute a comprehensive pre-launch and launch marketing strategy.
Manage online marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
Analyze website traffic and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement.
Customer Service:
Establish and oversee customer service operations, ensuring timely and effective support to online customers.
Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
