As the Personal Assistant atBeauty Salon you will play a critical role in managing the daily operations of the salon while enhancing our social media presence and communication efforts. This position requires an individual with a strong background in administrative tasks, exceptional attention to detail, and a vibrant personality to engage with our clients and team. The ideal candidate will exhibit professionalism, proficiency in English, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Email Management:**
- Monitor and respond to general inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain organized email folders for easy access and tracking of client communications.
- Draft and send newsletters, promotions, and follow-up emails to clients.

2. **Social Media Management:**
- Manage and curate content for all salon social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.), ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Schedule and post engaging content, including promotional materials, client transformations, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and monitor social media metrics to enhance engagement.
- Develop and implement social media campaigns to promote salon services and events.

3. **Client Interaction:**
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the salon calendar using scheduling software.
- Prepare clients' records and ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

4. **Administrative Support:**
- Maintain organized digital and physical files related to salon operations, personnel, and client information.
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking product stock levels and placing orders as needed.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management, highlighting salon performance and marketing analytics.

5. **General Office Duties:**
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and welcoming for clients.
- Coordinate and assist with salon events and promotions, including planning logistics and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with team members to support special projects and initiatives as necessary.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the beauty or hospitality industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and scheduling software (e.g., Mailchimp, Acuity).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Creative mindset with a passion for the beauty industry and social media trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, exhibiting a positive demeanor at all times.
