Experienced Part-time Podcast Manager Needed

We have a 2x weekly podcast (about 30 minutes each). We do a combination of Solo and Guest episodes. We have over 800 episodes and are closing in on 900 episodes.

We're looking for a part-time person - 20 hours per week.

This job has two parts.

Part 1.
Upload the episode to the Captivate platform. You will upload the audio, create and upload the artwork (using our template), ensure that the platform details are filled out correctly (you have previous episodes to check), and then schedule the podcast.

I also have AI software to create the shownotes, captions, etc (Podium).

2 Audiograms to create using Headliner software (which I have), or other software you have/use.

I have software to create the video shorts (OpusClip), which I will do and auto upload to various socials.

If you have strategies on getting listenership up, that would be an asset.

Part 2
Podcast guesting opportunities for Kellan - be a guest on other people's podcast. Also, find guests to be on our podcast.

I subscribe to the podcast matching service, Potmatch, so, that will be the main podcast to use.

We have a Google sheet for uploading the assets. We also have a Google sheet for guests to fill out/submit.

Keeping track of who you pitch to, guest spots for Kellan will be required.

Time tracking will be necessary so we can plan out the 20 hours per week.
