Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Meta Ads Specialist with hands-on, real-world experience to manage and scale ad campaigns that drive traffic and sales for our wall art posters. The role requires a minimum of 2 years experience in handling international markets.

Responsibilities:
*Fully manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad accounts for Wallbuddy, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
*Develop and execute effective ad strategies tailored to our target markets.
*Conduct testing, optimization, and scaling of campaigns to achieve sales and ROI targets.
*Write engaging and conversion-focused ad copy for campaigns.
*Creation of custom, eye-catching ad creatives.
*Generate weekly performance reports and store daily metrics in Google Sheets for tracking.

Requirements:
*Proven experience managing Meta ad campaigns for international markets, especially in the UK, US, Ireland, Germany, and France.
*Deep understanding of advertising strategies, audience targeting, and market-specific preferences.
*Excellent copywriting skills tailored to various demographics.
*Proficiency in Google Sheets for performance tracking and reporting.
*Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering transparent updates.
*Ability to dedicate 3-4 hours per week to managing and optimizing campaigns.
