Position Title: Meta Ads Media Buyer Employment Type: Part-Time 4 hours per day Reports To: Studio Director

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Media Buyer to join our team and take our paid social campaigns to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
Meta Ads Campaign Management:
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid Meta ads campaigns to achieve lead generation and ROI targets.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to continuously improve performance.
• Manage and track ad budgets to maximise efficiency and results.
Creative Development:
• Design high-quality ad creatives using Canva, ensuring they align with Studio Republic’s brand voice and style.
• Write compelling, results-driven copy for ads that resonate with our audience.
• Edit and produce engaging video content tailored for Meta ad placements.
• Create compelling lead generation CTA landing pages in hubspot platform
Automation & CRM Integration:
• Set up and manage automation workflows to streamline lead nurturing and follow-ups.
• Ensure seamless integration with HubSpot for lead management and tracking.
• Set up zapier to google sheet lead lists
• Execute google tag manager tracking set up
• Any other integration and tracking requirements
Landing Page Optimisation:
• Develop and optimise landing pages to increase conversion rates and ensure a cohesive user experience.
• Implement best practices for UI/UX and A/B test landing page elements to improve performance.
Reporting & Analytics:
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing detailed reports with actionable insights.
• Use data to inform ongoing campaign improvements and strategy adjustments.
Requirements
Experience & Skills:
• At least 3 years of experience managing paid Meta ads campaigns
• Previous experience with Australian businesses and target market.
• Strong design skills with experience using Canva to create high-quality ad creatives.
• Exceptional copywriting skills with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Proficiency in video editing for ad content creation.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and automation workflows.
• Expertise in landing page development and optimisation for lead generation.
Previous experience in a media buying agency is
highly regarded.
Technical Proficiency:
• In-depth understanding of Meta Ads Manager, including campaign structure, audience targeting, and ad formats.
• Familiarity with automation tools and techniques to improve campaign efficiency.
• Experience with A/B testing tools and strategies.
Personal Qualities:
• Analytical and results-driven, with a keen eye for detail.
• Creative thinker with a passion for developing impactful campaigns.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
