About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Media Director to lead our paid media and performance marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital advertising, media planning, and data-driven decision-making. You will oversee multi-channel campaigns, optimize ad spend, and drive measurable growth for our business.
As a key leader in our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing media strategies across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Programmatic, and other paid channels. You will also work closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies to drive business growth and ROI.
Oversee media planning and buying across various digital platforms, ensuring optimal budget allocation.
Analyze campaign performance and leverage insights to optimize performance, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer acquisition.
Manage multi-million dollar budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and high ROAS.
Lead A/B testing initiatives to refine targeting, messaging, and creative performance.
Implement attribution models and tracking solutions to measure cross-channel effectiveness.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging media technologies.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, analytics) to align media strategies with overall marketing goals.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior media buyers and performance marketers.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in paid media, digital advertising, or performance marketing.
Proven track record of managing large-scale digital campaigns and driving strong business results.
Expertise in major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic DSPs, etc.).
Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Pixel, and attribution modeling.
Deep understanding of audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and performance optimization.
Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO), landing page testing, and funnel analysis.
Ability to lead and inspire teams, as well as collaborate effectively with other departments.
Excellent communication skills to present insights, reports, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Familiarity with SEO and organic growth strategies is a plus.
