Who We Are
We run a high-ticket coaching business that helps professionals replace their full-time income through options trading. We generate leads through Facebook and Instagram ads and are looking for an experienced media buyer to help optimize our campaigns for better cost per lead (CPL) and overall ad performance.

Who We’re Looking For
We need an experienced Facebook & Instagram Media Buyer who understands high-ticket coaching offers and knows how to optimize paid traffic for cost-effective lead generation. Your job is not to manage our ads daily but rather to audit our campaigns once a week and provide insights, feedback, and actionable recommendations to improve results.

Responsibilities
- Review and analyze ad performance weekly
- Provide insights and recommendations to lower CPL
- Identify and test new audiences, creatives, and ad copy
- Advise on scaling strategies while maintaining cost efficiency
- Suggest landing page and funnel improvements to optimize conversions
- Track key ad metrics (CTR, CPM, CPL, ROAS) and create reports

Requirements
- Proven experience running successful high-ticket coaching ad campaigns
- Expertise in Facebook Business Manager & Meta Ads Manager
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and scaling strategies
- Ability to break down data and provide clear, actionable feedback
- Familiarity with funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain ad performance in simple terms
- Previous experience optimizing for $50-$300+ per booked call

Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus)
- Experience working with Go High Level CRM
- Knowledge of copywriting and ad creative strategy
- Experience running YouTube ads (optional)
