Description:
We are a U.S.-based e-commerce aggregator company seeking a skilled Media Buyer who specializes in Facebook, Instagram, and Google advertising. This role is essential for driving results across our portfolio of brands. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical individual with extensive experience in media buying for direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce brands. You must be able to work U.S. (PDT) time from Monday to Friday.

Core Responsibilities:

• Strategic Media Buying: Develop and implement effective advertising strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and Google to achieve optimal ROAS and KPIs.
• Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including setup, optimization, and performance analysis to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
• Analytical Approach: Continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS, refining strategies to improve campaign performance.
• Cross-Platform Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of each platform to maximize results, tailoring strategies to the specific strengths of Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
• Team Collaboration: Regularly collaborate with the team through weekly online meetings, sharing insights, integrating feedback, and aligning on overall marketing strategies.
• Budget Management: Effectively allocate and manage advertising budgets, ensuring maximum impact and efficiency.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in media buying, specifically for direct-to-consumer e-commerce.
• Industry Background: Experience working for a U.S.-based agency or e-commerce company.
• Availability: Ability to work daytime hours in the PDT timezone from Monday to Friday.
• Communication Skills: Advanced written and verbal English skills.
• DTC Expertise: Proven track record with DTC e-commerce platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ad Spend: Managed over $500,000 USD lifetime ad spend on Facebook/Instagram/Google for DTC e-commerce brands.
• KPI Analysis: In-depth understanding of key performance indicators such as CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS, with the ability to discuss and optimize these metrics.
• Brand Scaling: Experience in scaling physical goods brands, with a focus on sustainable growth and long-term profitability.
