JOB OVERVIEW

Looking to fill a PT (potentially FT in the future) Experienced Marketing/Social Media Manager position for the startup businesses that I recently launched.

Generally, these are the requirements of the position in order of descending importance:

1. SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING (for brand awareness and lead generation) - Devise and own full social media strategy and execution, and growth. Responsible for post design, content creation, and re-use, calendar planning, automation, systems, etc. Platforms include FB, Instagram, YouTube (IE - short-form video), and possibly other platforms in the future (IE - Twitter/LinkedIn/TikTok/etc).
2. MASS EMAIL MARKETING (for lead generation and customer retention) - Devise and own full outbound mass-email marketing strategy and execution.
3. WEBSITE UPDATES - Manage company websites (content updates, FAQs, etc). Utilizing design skills, continuously improve design (UI), flow, user experience, etc.
4. OTHER TASKS - The primary role will be in marketing, however, as my business(es) are a startup, there may be other tasks/duties. These might include email/chat customer support, account management, executive assistant tasks, etc. As the businesses grow, these tasks will transferred to other people for you to focus only on marketing.

Must-Have Skills:
- Previous experience with devising an optimal social media growth strategy (organic, some paid etc) based on data analysis, monitoring, own marketing KPIs, etc.
- Strong design skills, as well as, proficiency with design software (Canva, Adobe, etc)
- Meta Business Suite

Nice to Have Skills: NOTE - You do not need to be an expert in the following. Only have the willingness to learn and become an expert
- WordPress
- Video Editing
- CRM (Hubspot or other)

As these businesses are startups, the position will start as a PT role that pays a lower pay rate. However, as the business grows, and if things work out well, the role can grow into a long-term, higher-rate, FT position.

For the right person, this role can potentially lead to much higher responsibility, and possibly even a leadership role in the company.

At the same time, in preparation for our call, please send me some or all of the following:
- Updated resume/CV
- Design portfolio (samples, etc)
- Previous marketing growth performance (including figures) where you were instrumental at other companies
