This role requires direct experience in MCA sales, lead qualification, and appointment setting. Responsibilities:
• Cold call business owners to introduce MCA funding solutions and assess their financial needs.
• Pre-qualify leads based on set funding criteria before scheduling appointments.
• Set high-quality appointments for funding specialists with genuinely interested business owners.
• Follow up on warm leads and re-engage past prospects to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Document all call activity in the CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and appointments.
• Effectively handle objections and use persuasive techniques to build interest.
• Stay informed on MCA industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements:
• MUST have at least 1+ month of experience in the MCA industry (cold calling, appointment setting, or sales).
• Strong understanding of MCA funding, cash advance terms, and qualification criteria.
• Proven ability to handle objections, build rapport, and set successful appointments.
• Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
