fewStones is an innovative video production agency where creativity knows no bounds. We craft compelling narratives across 2D, 3D, and live action formats for clients spanning multiple industries. As our Video Producer, you'll have complete project ownership while collaborating with our Operations Manager and Head of Production to ensure seamless delivery.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

Pre-Production
- Lead project kick-offs and client presentations
- Turn client briefs into solid production plans
- Work closely with creative team to write scripts and develop storyboards
- Create shot lists and shooting schedules
- Brief and coordinate with production crew

Production
- Orchestrate seamless remote video shoots
- Manage filming logistics and schedules
- Make sure we capture everything needed
- Keep projects on track and on budget
- Develop strong client partnerships that drive recurring business

Post-Production
- Guide editors on the creative direction
- Oversee quality control throughout the production pipeline
- Handle client feedback and revisions
- Make sure final videos hit the mark

What You Bring to the Table

Required Experience:
- Proven track record producing high-quality video content
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse production styles
- Excellence in client relationship management
- Excellent project and time management skills to juggle multiple projects while keeping cool under pressure
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and proactively solve production challenges

Extra Points If You:
- Know your way around Adobe Premiere and After Effects
- Have experience managing remote teams
- Write great scripts
- Have a strong directorial and creative vision
