Job Description:
As our HR Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our human resources practices and ensuring compliance with California's unique labor regulations. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing our workforce effectively and maintaining a compliant and harmonious work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with all California labor laws and regulations.
- Identify and fill gaps in company documentation to maintain legal compliance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures tailored to the California business landscape.
